Collective agreements

Your collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work.  If you have any concerns about your treatment, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.

All CUPE 4891 members are covered by the composite agreement.  As well, members at Legacy Regen are covered by their original CUPE 4891 agreement for anything that is not covered in the composite agreement, and members at Legacy Four Villages are covered by their original agreement for anything that is not covered in the composite agreement.  Members at Legacy Storefront Humber are covered for anything that is not covered in the composite agreement by their original employment contracts and relevant labour law.

We are looking forward to bargaining new collective agreements that will cover all members soon.

 

Bylaws

Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.

Benefits

 

Until we negotiate a single collective agreement, benefits for the different service areas are provided through different service providers.

If you feel you are being unreasonably denied benefits you should be entitled to, please talk to a member of the executive.
